If it hasn’t eaten give it honey sugar water and high cal foods or mix starter with water and feed through syringe. For its feet I’ve never seen anything like that but maybe try giving E B vitamins and selenium it can help with this kind of stuff.
Get him some honey sugar water for electrolytes
See if there is anything else he’ll eat like bananas that are mashed or some sugar free Cheerios that’s what some people do or just anything high cal
