That does look like barring but a lot of us had girls that looked slightly barred when their feathers first came in but once they had all of their feathers they were solid. I attached a picture of one of mine when she was a baby to show and example.
I wouldn’t worry too much unless the color changes. Some of mine grew big combs early but they stayed pale. I don’t see a dot on either of those chicks heads so they should be girls.
It’s normal for newly laying pullets to lay double yolks but I have noticed an increased number in my Gems too. My boyfriend even mentioned it the other day when he was cracking eggs.
Males are barred and females are not. Males should have a yellow spot on the top of their heads but it can be hard to see. We order all pullets and for weeks I thought I had a few boys but they were in fact all girls. According to your pic it looks like you should have all girls.
