I made nothing today. My husband sliced a avocado for starter, warmed leftover spaghetti and served peas aside.
Coffee and chocolate cookies for dessert.

We had fresh tagliatelle with a rich veggie sauce ( courgette, paprika bells, onions, garlic, lentils, basil , goat cheese) and a Greek salad for dinner.
Pumpkin soup for starter (leftover from yesterday) and for the main dish probably sweet corn 🌽 in its leaves with butter (20 minutes in the oven) and grilled veggies/potato’s.
NFC tempted me with eating fruit for dinner. I’m going to buy some apples and make pancakes with apples and raisins tonight.
Ever thought about planting trees with searching the internet?
We had pumpkin soup (with carrots, ginger, shallot and garlic) for starter.
Spaghetti with veggie (onion, leek, zucchini, bell pepper, mushrooms) + soft cheese sauce and a green salad with plum tomatoes for main course.
I don’t like the ‘artificial’ supermarket-pizzas either, but the Italian pizza baker nearby makes great pizzas. My favourites are the veggie pizza with eggplant and zucchini, the one with buffalo-mozarella and basil + the spinach pizza with egg. He has a great delivery service. The restaurants...
Yesterday we ate chicory with cheese* with baked potatoes , a little mayonnaise and a salad.
* Cook chicory for 5 minutes. Put it in an oven dish and cover with cheese (gouda). Then another 5 minutes under the grill.
Today is a surprise. It’s MDH turns to cook.

Tonight we eat a pasta and broccoli left over from yesterday, turned into a huge omelet with feta cheese. And a big green salad with cucumber, tomato, avocado, sweet paprika and onion.
