Tonight I made a cold tuna mac salad. It was 70°F today, we didn't want hot food for a change. Nice wx didn't last long, t-storm alerts all around and flood warnings for tomorrow. Ah, Spring, you're so bipolar!

I made a veggie soup with barley in chicken bone broth, then at the last minute remembered I had some leftover chicken from a previous meal and threw that in. So I guess it was a chicken veggie barley soup. Served with crackers. Yum.
Heated up that smoked turkey, then made gravy out of the drippings. It was delicious! The Man and The Kid made sandwiches. GirlChild dipped her turkey in a little bowl of gravy, au jus style, and I just drenched my turkey in the gravy. And a good time was had by all! 🥰
We ate at Rockbridge Trout Farm in SW MO today. (Yum!) Heating up a smoked turkey tonight in the oven, making a few side dishes to nosh on tomorrow. Thankful I didn't have to do all that cooking and virtually no cleanup. More thankful we all made it through the year alive. ❤️
