It was also sort of...slimy and starchy kind of....it's hard to describe, but it's not full water, what consistency is yours like? Dough like? That's what I would excpect cause you recommended to roll them into balls, which with my added egg batter was impossible
Do not want to be rude, both were very great...but one of them stuck to my parchment a little. Won't say which one though. Both were great recipes. The sticking might have just been the egg issue again. I did like one over the other, but the recipes were great. Even made my dog a doggy friendly...
You caught me! When I was splitting the recipe in half...I forgot to split the egg part in half. But I figured to give it a try....But in the future I would just go with making the whole recipe.
Here is the results of #131 which is also a peanut butter cookie. A picture of the final, batter, and ingredients. Tastes amazing as well. I decided to spilt both (#2 and #131) recipes in half. To get half one type and half the other. Here are the pics.
Here are the final results for #2, It turned out to be lighter in tint that #131, because of the brown sugar in #131. Here's some final pics and pictures of what the batter looked like (before/after mixing). Also I decided to bake them today instead...and it was worth it! They are so delicious.
