Last weekends cook up And I got no pics of the finished product as it got inhaled as soon as it came out of the foil

We have a big smoke up here planned for the week between Xmas and new year. There will be 4 or 5 of us smoking on offsets and I'm going to try the keg bbq doing a low and slow cook. Loving the keg so far... its super efficient on fuel.

I may have just added to my BBQ collection :D Second hand but I got it cheap. It should look a lot better once I have given it a good clean. Just in time for summer :wee

Thats the fat cap that I left on there.... all the flavor and moisture is lurking in there.

I have that problem with my Pit smoker.... except the other way... it will burn itself out and I get back and its down to 100 deg
