I love smoking meats. I use a pk grill at work and a pk360 at home. I grill about 3 days a week. The PK's make excellent smokers but I have always had my eye on a lone star grills insulated mini..... I do boston butts occasionally but most of my smoking is pork steaks, pork loins, deer sausage...
