You don't need to leave for weeks and months. Just set yourself a time limit for online stuff and try to make yourself stick it. It is actually bad for depression to spend TOO much time online.

Well.. i put away all the water deicers yesterday so no more extended peroids of freezing weather please. You wouldn't think so by March.. but i do recall snow on Easter a time or two.

Some girl friends talked me in to going to a movie recently. 89 dollar popcorn is about right! Absolutely ridiculous. I hadn't been to a theater since... hmm. Probably about 4 years ago. If I never go again that would suit me just fine.
