Hi you all ! I had my first Spring egg salad and wild garlic sandwich today . Wow it was so good ! a table spoon of wild garlic chives cut in 1/8 " to 1/4" pieces and egg salad mixed well let set in fridge over night add a little salt and there you have it . 🌞🌻🍀
I was going to try making a pie out of carrots . Thinking about using carrots and baking like you would a pumpkin pie then add real meringue . Any thoughts on this ?
If I had to guess I would say you put raw dough ,your loaf in that and put it at a set fridge to retard the yeast . Retarding the yeast gives the dough flavor, But not sure ! You can then flop it over without punching down and coat the top with egg whites and split . But not sure .
