I'm not one hundred percent sure of his background I would like to learn towards birchen mix So I would love a recommendation of what kind of hen to get for him and take a chance on good color

This is my 11 week old frizzle Cochin Mille Fleur chick. The comb is smaller than my other roosters that hatched at the same time and this one doesn’t crow at all. I’m leaning roo but the pix from the breeder she has some hens with large combs so idk 🤷🏼‍♀️.

I have a two that have me stumped. Almost positive the Cochin is hen. But the polish (slim) and the silkie (Billie Jean) have me guessing. Any ideas ?
