Chirping
it's me again, hi all! I posted about the same chick when she was 2 weeks old, now she's 4 weeks old, and her feathers still baffle me. This time I came out to see that something weird was going on with the feathers around her neck. They have a brooder plate in their coop that stays on the heater setting because our nights have been getting to the 30s and our days have been 50s-60s+. She's still eating, drinking, and pooping. And she's the only one whose feathers look like this. I haven't noticed any alarming problems. It might be nothing, but I am still learning the sick chick warning signs.
