I would go with a cockerel as that comb is very red and is quite large at this age.

Pullet in my opinion, however I am not very good with silkies.

The pointed saddle feathers are a dead giveaway as they are sex specific.

The chick in the second photo is a cockerel. The chick in the third photo may be as well.

I had a hen in a similar situation with your hen and she had an egg brake inside of her. She died in less than 4 hours. If you have a fellow chicken person willing to open up your hen, you can get a confirmation of that. Otherwise I am unsure of what it could be.

Take away the feed at night. At 5 weeks they do start to not walk as much anymore and hang out almost exclusively by the feeder.

I would personally say pullet as there isn’t much of any comb or wattle growth at this point.

The white rooster has a crest. Legbar roosters typically have a relatively small crest compared to the hens.
