I have had that happen a few times. As long as they are feisty, I usually give them a chance and make the boot. If they are lacking and seem weak, they get culled.

That is why I only have 4500 replies in 11 years. I mostly lurk, and usually come out when summoned or I see something interesting.

I tend to just lurk in the background and read everyone else doing stuff.
