    Broody hen, fertilized eggs, chicks

There's no reason you can't. Most hens will throw a fit for a few hours and then just assume a predator got them

Hatching a found American Robin egg

Because we're trying to prepare the OP for if it does, and they suddenly have way more to deal with than they expected. Plenty of things seem way easier as thoughts than as reality.

    Your 2024 Garden

I don't know. The pot they're in drains pretty well, but it has been raining almost every day in large amounts. Shouldn't be diseased, there isn't any disease in the greenhouse I work at and they came straight home from there. I'll try to get them planted soon though and see if that works with...

    Your 2024 Garden

Okay. They were in a greenhouse and then a basement for a bit, so maybe they just weren't getting much pollination. They're outside for the most part now, though I still need to plant them and get them out of the little pot they grew in. I don't mind some wonky shapes, they just aren't very...

    Your 2024 Garden

That's where most of my seeds came from and I haven't had much luck so far. But I also didn't know some needed heat, so it's a toss up on if it's me or not

"classic Method" of creating your own strain

Not really. A lot of people on here are very passionate about their game birds. There's nothing wrong with the breed, people just don't like when people own them for bad reasons

Question of the Day - Friday, May 24th, 2024

Depends. Sometimes it's more than 12 hours if I'm busy and can turn it off, but other times I get really shaky and emotional after just an hour or so
  19. JacinLarkwell

    Sumatra Chicken Sex-Link

I'm not sure they're actually fibro birds or if they just have black faces. Pretty sure they only have black faces, and if you lift their wing, their armpit isn't black
