    Ducks with Food poisoning

The vet based it on the fact that all the birds got sick at once, and that it was the only thing that they had access to to eat. The vet thought that it was food born, but I need the feed tested to confirm. But how to get the feed tested is the issue.

    Duck severely limping

I was going to get the B complex at the feed store but we’re all out. So I grabbed what I thought to be the next best thing. Is there anything I can buy at the pharmacy or grocery store that will do the trick. Will human vitamin B complex work and what would be the dosage?

    Duck severely limping

Here is another I highly doubt it was a predator since I usually only let them out when I can watch them and I didn’t have the chance yesterday and she was walking just fine so it happens sometime either last night or this morning

For background information, this duck was born with wry neck and still has an issue from that, but was corrected as best I could so she already has a weird gate and her neck is always weird. But other than that she has been relatively healthy and active. But today I went to the coop and I saw...

How to get my flock back inside after supervised time outside.

I like teaching a recall command with all my poultry. I make a certain sound that goes along with a treat or food. So whenever I make the sound all my birds come running. To get them in the coop I stand in the run with food and when everyone is in I lock them up for the night. Mealworm or fly...

How do I shut my rooster up?

Have you tried a rooster collar? The bird can breathe and do things normally, but when he goes to crow It gets tight and the roo does not like it. It takes a few days to a week to work but eventually, he will not crow as much. I have never used, even with all 11 of my roosters. I don't mind...

    Anybody Try Alfalfa?

I give my chickens, soaked Alfalfa Cubes. I get two five-gallon buckets and fill them both with 1/3 cubes and the rest water. I then soak for about 2hours, or until the hay is soft. I then drain the exess liquid, and I do that about once a week. With the amount of birds I have the two...

Anyone know what to do with Purina proof of purchase on the bags?

So I have been looking on the Purina website and I found if you send in the proof of purchase (The little Squares on the back of the feed bag) for their rabbit feed, if you collect enough and send them in you can get a free bag or item depending on how many you send. Anyway, I was wondering if...
