Been a few days, had to catch up on everyone’s yummy meals! Hubby made tacos last night, I’m going to made a beef stir fry tonight with Shanghai noodles :)

Going to let hubby decide between tacos or stir fry with ground pork. I made ginger snaps this afternoon and may have eaten a few too many :oops:

Splurged and got some nice steaks for the bbq tonight. Going to make double stuffed potatoes and a veggie for sides.

I think I’m just going to make some teriyaki chicken with rice and broccoli for dinner tonight. Pretty simple. Made pancakes and bacon for breakfast though so hubby and kids are happy lol.

Another easy night here :lau nachos with Buffalo chicken (and other toppings of course).

Going to pick up hubby from the airport tonight! Probably going to take me around 3 hours (one way) with all of our current highway closures.. so it’s safe to say I’ll be grabbing some sort of takeout on my way there lol.

I have a whole cauliflower to use up so I’m thinking of roasting it and making Buffalo cauliflower bites/“wings”. I loooooove hot sauce so really it’s just an excuse to have Buffalo sauce for dinner lol.

Well I just made banana bread and muffins for the kiddos. And prepped dinner for tonight to have at my moms. She’s going to make a Cesar salad (homemade dressing) and I prepped Mac and cheese (just have to bake it later) and teriyaki chicken wings (they are marinating in the fridge). Kind of a...

Aw thanks guys! Maybe we just do cheese quesadillas since that’s super easy and the kids will eat it lol.

I don’t know what to make tonight… two nights in a row of no sleep + pregnancy + two littles + husband is across the country for work = not a whole lot of motivation lol

I have some leftover sausages so I’m going to heat those up and make mashed potatoes and peas on the side.

I’m making paneer (in a cheater jarred butter chicken sauce) with peas and homemade naan on the side.
