I will try it, we eat them with the skins on fresh so might as well try. I will let you all know-my guess is that they get mushy so should work out well.
I just bought a Presto Precise electric pressure canner and am excited to try some meat out. I am going to dig in the freezer this weekend and pull out some chicken thighs, roast them up and can them.
