I have a few of these on hand. My reason; Sometimes we do have a power outage due to snow/ice breaking power lines, And of course all the other reasons power goes out. I slip these into the rooms that need to be accessed at night. These run on batteries that can be replaced...

I use it as the base layer of my coop, and loft. I purchase the horse variety/quantity. Lasts for me a long time,, since I keep small flock. I cover it with hay.. I know...
Someone posted a run for sale,, (yesterday :hugs ),,, well,,, its not like they beat me to it..:old.. I had this one on my mind for a while now.. It is slightly less in $$$ than the other one. Everything depends on individuals needs...
