I ordered a few more things for my drip irrigation setup. Shutoff valves and assorted fittings for 1/4" and 1/2" tubing and a 200 mesh/75 micron water filter. A few things arrived today, and the plan is pretty well worked out in my mind.

Took a walk around the garden and all looks good. I laid the floating row cover directly on top of the little brassica plants I put in the garden yesterday. I need to put up a simple framework to keep the row cover from touching the plants. Someday. Takin' it easy, enjoying the rain today.

I set the rest of my brassicas out in the garden... 15 bok choi, 10 collard greens and 6 cauliflower plants. Once the soil dries a little I'll cover them all with floating row cover to keep out the nasties.

Thanks @Minanora , I checked and the garden hose X 1/2" adapters I ordered are sized correctly to the 1/2" tubing.

My rattlesnake beans, butternut and zucchini squash seeds are coming up in spite of the cool weather. @fuzzi , nice looking peas and squash. Do your squash do better when trained to grow up stakes? I'm thinking about trying that with my zukes this year.
