Of course I like the hot and spicy stir fry dishes to with both hot and sweet pepper in them.

I like the way Panda Express uses them in a lot of their chicken and beef stir fry dishes.

I didn't get any bell pepper planted in the spring but started plants today for a fall crop. Mixed colors of green, yellow, orange, and red. I like them in a stir fry where they don't get cooked really done but just sort of wilted some. Still crunchy in the middle.

Hard to believe that was 40 or more years ago.

I brought back a gallon can of hot peppers out of Mexico and opened them up one night at the lunch break. Don't remember taking any home.

I want to grow some Ghost Peppers next year. Super hot but not the inferno hot. At last look they are the hottest pepper commercially grown. The flavor is terrific as long and the amount used is kept under control.
