Does my duck have wet feather?

I have a female buff Orpington and she is acting perfectly fine. She is going into water and foraging. But her feathers look really wet and I don’t know what it is. Does she have wet feather? I give her Manna Pro duck and goose layer feed. She is 9 months and 2 weeks old.
