Help Rooster won't shut-up !!!!!

I had a roaster who crowed all day also. He was a free range roamer. He would start at 4am and crow all day long. Sometimes I would go outside and crow back at him which would confuse him and make him shut up for a bit and come look for the source of the 'other' crow. Then it would become a crowing contest.
When he frustrated me to much I would crow at him while chasing him. It shut him up for a bit. It is a good thing I dont have neighbors or they would think I was nuts. LOL.

Your birds have more than adequate room to be in the coop all day so dont worry about it. Just make sure that they have plenty of light and ventilation and they will be fine. While it is nice for them to have an outside pen or to freerange, it is not necessary.

As for crowing, all you can do is see if he settles down a little as he matures.
