How to help a skinny pigeon gain weight?

I have an adult pigeon that is very skinny, her keelbone is quite prominent when touched. She's a very very picky eater so does not eat a lot of her seed by herself, currently she's being hand-fed peas everyday but she's not gaining weight, is there anything else I can give her that will help her gain weight quickly? One thing she does enjoy is sunflower seeds but even that she will reject sometimes.

Visually there's nothing in her poop but I haven't had any proper tests done
