The "lasagna" was 'healthy'. Whole grain noodles, plain fat free yogurt as the ricotta, I think the sausage was ground chuck. DO NOT get me started on the nasty little strips she called 'breadsticks'...

You misheard her. They're "breadstrips", not "breadsticks".
