Hello! One of my pullets was sneezing today. Is this a sign of distress or can there be regular ol' heatlhy sneezing? A little more info: they just moved out to their coop this week...I live in the NW and so far there has been no rain but its been looming. Their coop is and will be pretty dry when it rains. The weather is in the 50's at night and 70's during the day. Thanks! Kathleen

It could just be dust making her sneeze. I wouldn't worry unless it goes on, or if you start seeing a lot of mucous (sp?).
I have one hen that tends to really eat fast when I give her treats, and often she sneezes for a couple of minutes after - I think she is eating so fast it is getting stuck and she is sneezing to clear the line.

Its pretty common. I have a couple that sneeze once in a while. When I see this, i just put some ACV in their water, and they are fine.
