4 Frozen Pollock Filets
Cooking Spray, Butter
Paprika, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Dry Onion Salt
Bell Pepper (any color)
1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
Grated Cheese
1.) Spray pan with a spritz of cooking spray, (keeps fish from sticking) to pan then cut butter slices in half and put under the fish.
2.) Add spices, paprika, pepper, if you don't have a onion, use dry onion salt.
3.) Add bell pepper, open a can of diced tomatoes, drain and spoon a few on top of the fish.
4.) No need to pre-heat oven. Turn it on to 350° for forty-five minutes because it is frozen.
5.) After completed cook time, (pull out and ladel the juices from the fish), add mounds of cheese on fish so it will melt on the meat not on pan, put back in a bit ( 2 minutes) to melt the cheese. The cheese made the fish more buttery. It was delicious.
