Cross breeding chickens is pretty easy but getting the chicken to look exactly how you want it to or have the traits you want it to have can be a challenging task and could take a very long time of cross-breeding to get the results you want. This can even be done with dogs cats and even ducks if you for some reason are not familiar with the word cross-breeding here is a simple example say you want to cross-breed an Ayam Cemani a white leghorn. Ayam Ceman is a very rare chicken breed that doesn't lay eggs that often and could only produce around 60-100 eggs a year which compared to the white leghorn is nothing compared to the 280-320 eggs it lays a year the Ayam Cemani is a very rare breed due to the eggs it lays a year this is why cross-breeding is very useful to any chicken breeder that is looking to improve their chickens.

Cross breeding is very easy for anybody to replicate all you would need is one female and one male chicken that is a different type of breed so they could mate and combine their DNA so when they lay an egg you get what your looking for
