Great idea and it looks like it works well! It does appear like it'd be easy for birds to be wastful with, but outside of that, it looks very convenient.

Easy to follow along with how this feeder was made. Inexpensive too!

Great foundation idea for a large feeder. I think with a couple modifications it could be better. Maybe a deeper pan to hold food, and raised up off the ground quite a bit more. Appreciate the step by step photos!
