The breed is an Indian breed called parrot beak shamo, a relatively new breed, though it existed long before I was born so probably not older than a century. It’s the most expensive breed far more expensive than dong tao and ayam cemani or purebred silkies.
This is indeed a real breed and cheapest hybrids can cost up to 10000$ while the cheapest purebred individuals cost no less 25000$. As for higher quality purebred specimens it’s safe to assume they cost more ... A LOT MORE. Though you might get them cheaper in India.
This breed is the closest thing to a living oviraptor.
