Additional Information | Chapter 7, Article 5, Section 7-170 states you need a permit to keep fowl if you are not zoned an agricultural area. Chapter 7, Article 5, Section 7-175 states cannot keep chickens closer than 100 feet to the nearest portion of any building occupied by or in anywise used by human beings. There is no set number of roosters and chickens you can keep as this will be determined by your address.
