Metal Shed Turned Into A Coop

This looks like a great idea!
Thanks for the pictures.
Wish I could send this article to myself so I could find it easier later
Good idea with the large limb roost pole! People too often use small, thin roost poles which are not comfortable for the chicken and can even cause bumble foot. Great conversion!
Great example of being resourceful and creative.Love the pictures and the explanations of everything.Very pretty coop and great article.

Looks very clean and tidy; but I don't understand your laying boxes. Can yu show pictures of them open, please? Thnx - I, too, have metal shed; but my young girls just lay on each other & break their eggs, choosing just one box.

Adding new pictures now 😬
Very nice conversion of shed to coop. The chickens look like they enjoy it too. Adding the link to the run was helpful.
Nice Job! You do have good ventilation which is needed in a hot place

This is really nice! Thanks for adding more pictures to go along with your explanation and showing us the inside of the shed.

This will hopefully help others who choose to remodel a shed.

Thank you!!!
I like it! I did something similar with a slightly smaller shed so I know a little bit about this. It's nice to see someone else showing everybody a good example of how it should be done. Thanks!
