EEs and Ameraucanas--Girls? Boys?

I have 4 new chicks bought as day olds. The 2 EEs from the "pullet" bin via Cackle and the 2 Ameraucanas as straight run from Sebrightmom. The EEs are 8 1/2 weeks and the Ameraucanas about 7 weeks.

suspect #1 EE --what on earth is this? single comb and yellow legs

Nobody is old enough for pointed hackles or saddle feathers yet.

#1- Dellie mix pullet, but it could crow and surprise me
#2- EE roo
#3- Blue Ameraucana pullet (Pretty... is this Bantam or LF?)
#4- jury is still out but probably a Blue Ameraucana roo... feathers around the head are not dark enough though)

I thought Delaware mix as well and I am hoping pullet because it is a super inquisitive and very friendly chicken. I am afraid the red EE is roo as well---no problem--I am not at all attached

The 2 Ameraucanas are LF and I am holding out hope for the second one with 3 row comb--it was a very light chick but is nearly the same color as the other that I believe to be a pullet......I will be happy if I keep the Delaware-ish and the sweet little Ameraucana

Any other opinions? You think that Delaware could be an EE? It was in the box of 25 pullets from Cackle

I was just positive my big black EE with the red 3 row pea comb was a rooster and she now lays big green eggs.
