Insteon Temp Transmitter. 1080p PTZ Cam. 5psi Water Nipples and Cup systems. 4 nest boxes. Sleeping shelves (easy poo cleanup). 21' dust bath area. 24/7 soft rock, oldies and big band mp3 player (500+ songs). 4' Double LED Shop Light and LED low lighting for night and egg laying hours 5am - 4pm. Insteon 8 button keypadlinc for local control of all lights, A/C, chicken door and all fans..
Homemade electric door. Used an old clipboard for door. Built tracks from scrap lumber. Bought Add-A-Motor D20 online ($80) and used Insteon I/O controller for 12v operation and magnetic contacts to read open/close status. All sunrise and sunset settings programmed with the ISY controller for all Insteon controls. The door will also open during the night if the temp rises above 80 deg. ie. A/C failure, fire, etc. Feed room on right side is the Harbor Freight 6' x 8' Greenhouse with a tarp over it. This is where it all started...FFA 50 Broiler project for my daughter in 2015. 50 broiler chicks to full grown in 8 weeks. Raised them in greenhouse, then built Main coop so we didn't have to cull out the small ones.
