    And suddenly it’s Wednesday. I have no idea where Monday and Tuesday went, but I’m not gonna go looking for them. Busy week, so I’ll just keep plugging along. Temps in the 40’s all week, so what snow we had is almost gone. Will be in a couple of days.

    Happy Saturday Pond! Cloudy here today, but it will be in the mid-30’s so I can’t complain. Next week is supposed to be in the lower 40’s all week, so that will take care of any snow we had left after the last warm spell. We thought it was setting up to be quite a winter with several snow storms...

    I was 18 when DH and I got married. The same one I’m married to now, 43 1/2 years later. I tell people he married me young to bring me up right. He says it didn’t work! 😂

    Eww! We’re just cold here. There is a little snow in the forecast for the weekend, but it shouldn’t amount to much. But they are also forecasting wind. That’s the problem. Here on the prairie, once the wind starts, there is nothing to stop the snow from blowing.

    Good Morning Pond! It was a brisk -9 on my lily pad this morning, but is now up to 2 above. The sunshine is pretty, though.

    Hello Pond! It’s a bit brisk on my lily pad today. The current temperature is -12 with a “feels like” of -37. School is closed tomorrow due to an “extreme cold warning”. I’m good with that. Part of my job is to drive two students 11 miles to a neighboring town to a job training/day activity...

    Good Afternoon Pond, Home from school today with a touch of the ick. Am feeling much better now and should be able to go back tomorrow. We are expecting some wintry weather tomorrow (snow and wind) and an “extreme cold watch” from Thursday evening through Friday. Thankful for a warm home.
