We got the lefse done. This is my half. It went smoother this year. Maybe next year, I will roll round ones. We have decided I’m the roller and my friend is the flipper.😅- DigMyChicks

Hi Rene, thank you! My husband’s grandma was a master at making lefse. She was 100% Norwegian. I don’t know if that matters.😁 I have 2 spare bedrooms.😊 We put butter and sugar on them. I zap them in the microwave for a few seconds so it melts a little.- DigMyChicks

One guy for about 8 hours a day. He also has to take care of preschool and daycare. It’s ridiculous! He can hardly keep up with filling paper towels. He likes to talk too. A person has to walk away from him. It is still too much for one person.- DigMyChicks
