    This is definitely a food tong that is used for picking up something that needs draining, like when you are frying. If you Google the image you will see many for sale. It is not for tea bags, it would probably rip the bag.

    Unfortunately, mine are almost 7 yrs old and have all but stopped laying. I think the roo stopped doing the "deed" quite a while ago.
