How can you tell? I had an old farmer tell me that one was is male and one is female based on size and comb color and size.

What would you do if you received several males in an all pullets order?

That's what I thought too, it's frustrating when you pay for pullets and get males...I should've just ordered straight run. They must have a newbie doing their genders.

What about the blonde baby? She is way lighter than everyone else and very little compared to the others. Can you tell me what to look for when I am looking at them?

I think I posted this in the wrong section last night. One person helped us, but we would like to get a few more opinions if possible. My daughter has 6 Millie fleur d'uccle chicks that are between 3 and 4 weeks old. We have never raised these chickens before, we're hoping some experts can tell...

Those are the 2 I thought were cockerels too based on combs. 1 is rowdy and likes to strut around and fling his feet at the others so I am fairly certain that it is a he. Can you tell anything based on size of the chick? The blonde chick is way smaller than the others. And 2 is the biggest and...
