    Plymouth Rock Hens or Roos?

I have gone to tsc and they let me handle the chicks (with gloves on) I gently lift a chick by its head and if squirms and runs his feet, he's a boy and if she just hangs there it's a girl. I believe if you use multiple method you can narrow it down. Good luck! :)

    Raising Mallards for Meat

You should be able to get a good price for your female mallard ducklings, and there is always a shortage. The males just marinate overnight in teriyaki sauce and grill.

You might want to do varmint cull once in a while or better yet put up a few trail cameras to see what you have lurking. Then address the situation.

Crossing Asils with heritage breed, (interesting)

I have shamo's and if I could speed them up a little bit with a cross of Nh, RI or a turken I would be even happier. I really like would be a heritage chicken with a longtail, I haven't seen any.

My family does not care that my roo needs a minimum of 5-6 hens 😔

So you mentioned the hens can just move on their own free will, but one hen is putting up with him. So what is the problem, why doesn't the lone hen move out also. A rooster can be content with one hen also, especially if he doesn't have competition. Where he needs to push his genes in face of...

How to breed for a lighter/smaller turkey?

It must be a numbers thing, in Norcal in the suburban area these wild turkeys are becoming a nuisance by their ever expanding population. We have every critter and varmint also.
