I am using a dog house as a brooder and the heat lamp from tractor supply is way to big to go inside. I found a 8.5 lamp and 100watt ceramic heater. Would that be enough for them? I do have the dog house door blocked off for now to keep the heat in. Also I'm in NC if that helps any I've removed...

Is this the right lime you use in the coop and runs?

I see starter feed, and a grower starter. Which is best to start with?

I'm going to have 6 chickens, so looking for the best feed system. Would love to see your set ups. Also about how much food do you think they would go through a month? (Possibly getting 2 blue layers, 2 green layer, 2 polish)
