    Cold hardy

    I recently got 4 barred cochin bantam chicks.( 2 weeks old now) When I first ordered them I read they were cold hardy but now that I have them the more I read it says they can not tolerate the cold ? I live in New York State . Any advice helpful and appreciated. Thank you so much
