    Frustrated about the availability of chicks

    Supply has leveled out in my area too compared to a few weeks ago, hopefully everyone is able to find what they need soon. We were able to get 3 Rhode Island reds & 3 ISA browns today without driving halfway across the state!

    I love to hear this 😊 it’s our first time with turkens, I was told many customers didn’t want them for their strange appearance but we are so enamored with their goofy personalities already and they do seem quite hardy!

    We got 4 chicks from a local Murdochs finally. 2 were from a bin marked “straight run random rare breed” and 2 were marked “turken pullets”. That was all they had and the woman helping us mentioned the last shipment had all died so most of what they got had been set aside as replacements...
