    My grandma is hatching eggs, she’s had about 9 hatch perfectly fine, but this one came out like this. Any recommendations about how to handle this? I told her to leave it for now, but would love to know how to advise her. Sorry the pics aren’t great. I’m not with her so I can’t get better ones.

    I have two speckled sussex that are 7 months old and they’re not laying yet. Ugh. My barred rock who is a month younger just started laying two weeks ago, but am I going to have to wait till spring or what???

    Thank you, that’s great advice. I’m going to get some electrolytes. I did just see her come out and step into the water bath so that’s good.

    So I have 5 pullets, my top girls are 13 week speckled sussex. This morning one isn’t leaving the coop, I went out and brought them some scrambled eggs and she came out and barely pecked at them and then she took a few sips of water. I checked her for mites, checked her vent, but didn’t see see...
