Pullet. The patterning looks like it could be male saddle feathers but those are most definitely not male specific feathers. She is just going to start laying soon.
Mites leave those sort of bald spots on my birds. Check near the vent and her fluff under her vent for any signs of bugs. You should be able to spot them in the
day.
Your oldest hen could be not wanting to breed with him and he is trying to put her in her place. Him targeting her is not a good thing. I would remove the rooster for a week or two so your hen can catch a break. When your rooster comes back into the flock, hopefully he won’t be mean.

A dominant white rooster will have pink/white legs if I am remembering correctly. I have a friend with a dominate white roo with pink legs because of those genes.

Barnevelders have some gorgeous feathers. If you want birds with funky hair, Cackle has appenzeller spitzhaubens with the most weird little hairdo, their coloring is also gorgeous. Speckled sussex and/or jubilee orpingtons for those colors.
Bantam cochins are usually super fluffy so they look to be a ton bigger than they are. They are around 12 inches long roughly? if you account for their fluff. But they are under 3 lbs. You can easily grab them with one hand.
I was honestly hoping that the one gold we had gotten (poor hatch or I would have gotten 3) would have been a roo so I could breed him to my chamois (closer to lacing than spangles) but I am still glad that I have my little Pinecone in the first place :) !
