Crowing hens is pretty normal in all actualities. Lead hens in a flock with no roos do sometimes crow. My legbar (leghorn mix) used to crow daily until my cockerel came around :)
I have one little cockerel who is around 21 weeks now! He is quite afraid of me but is an absolute darling when being held. I often cuddle him at night as I can easily grab him. He is super gentle with his hens and almost no scuffles have occurred. He is an Appenzeller Spitzhauben, but not very...
2 and 5 are your only pullets. Chicks 1 + 2 look to be Welsummers (I may be wrong, not too good with the brown colored breeds haha) and the others are cream legbars.
There is a thin membrane layer that is connected to the inside part of the shell. You can remove that layer (with a lot of time and patience), then underneath the membrane, the egg will be blue! :)
The little tan one looks to be a silkie or silkie cross. She will have a crest, beard, and I think I see some feathered legs. Unsure if she has silkies feathers or not. The other chick I am unsure on.
I wish I lived a lot closer as I would take him in a heartbeat! His crest is quite beautiful 😊 I would suggest posting this in your state thread! Let me find that for you.

I am so sorry this is happening to you. It may be best to call the police each time he comes onto your property to harass your chickens. When you call the police, you can file more reports on him and gather more for your case against him. Also with the loud speakers, you can file a noise...
It seems to be a respiratory infection but I am not super good with diseases. @Wyorp Rock and @Eggcessive have a much better understanding of poultry diseases.
Cream Legbars should be able to be auto sexing as males are much lighter in color and have a head spot, while females have a clean chipmunk stripe and eye liner. Pictures as a week old chick would be helpful too in this case.
