    I'm no expert but I have successfully helped a hatch like this. I just very slowly and carefully peeled the shell away. I kept rolling the egg in my hand to help it come loose and it did work. Only help as much as you need too the chick will push out if it feels it can. Good luck keep us updated

    This happened to one of mine it hardened that much that the chick died. If I could go back I would of helped it out
