    Did the attack happen during the daytime? Trap the one(s) that are getting in, by putting the trap in the run. Long term would be getting a dog… good luck, let us know how it goes!

    any tips on brooding chicks inside coop?

    Improvise a see-no-touch setup in the coop, so the chicks can grow up in sight of the bigs. If the coop has a second doorway, extend this set-up to include part of the run. Since your chicks will outnumber the hens, I think you’ll have a good outcome.

    Considering they haven’t even begun incubating them yet, if it were me, I would just cancel the order. You don’t really need to add more stress! 🥰
