    I have a silkie that has white foam coming out of her eye, when she was days old a piece of shaving was in her eye, and scratched her cornea, she has been on Terramycin and eye drops, and has to be cleaned almost daily, I am running out of options on her healing, I was told Neosporin might help...

    sounds good, I check on the chick often, How often would I use the cotton ball with warm water and how often do I use the medicine?

    I have not tried the saline,Is that the same thing I would use for my eyes? I have been using a cotton ball with warm water, that does help

    I have a silkie that is 12 days old, I saw the eye was shut and it had some shavings in the eye, looked like a little stick, took that out and now it is still crusting over and when I checked again is was closed shut again,I am using a warm cotton ball to clean it, and more stuff is coming out...

    they actually look brown and the yellow one looks white and a light gray, the heat lamp makes them look lighter or darker
