    I was reading something about the hackle and head coloring being different then it’s usually a cockerel, but at the same time these ees are the ones that tractor supply sells as “americanas “ so idk what they are a mixture of.

    One could hope! The black and white one makes me question things because of stuff that I’ve read about coloring, but the comb is still so pale and small… I dunno. I guess I won’t know till I get an egg 😂😂

    I'm split on it being a cockerel or a pullet because it "acts" like one, but at the same time, these younger birds have been integrated and are acting like typical bottom-of-the-pecking order types so idk! Thank you for your response! He/She is really pretty though aren't they?! Haha
