I love the idea of a concrete block wall/fence. I would love to do that here to stop Reenie from trashing my board fence. And the keep the chooks safe of course!

Yesterday morning Truly broke loose
Now tonight Reenie broke loose
And now at 3am I see they are playing musical stalls. Both have broke loose. And Reenie is in Truly’s stall.

Yes I wear a mask when fire fire smoke is around way before Covid times, the ones we use for doing drywall (N95) - everyone wears them for smoke.
That will be fun tomorrow wearing one and doing hay!
We are under an Air Quality alert here now. It’s amazing how the air currents can carry the smoke so far.
Just came in from the barn doing evening chores, when I came in around 5pm it was clear. But the wind swapped around and brought in smoky air, when I got in from chores I was annoyed...

Rose has also started, I helped her rid herself of this cockeyed tail feathers she has. Twister is half way through hers. Marty is finishing up. And I see more white feathers about not sure who that is.

Started getting my new hay in.
20 bales on Ol’ Blue
And 50 in the horse trailer.
I loaded and then unloaded, up the hay elevator into hay loft and stacked it in the loft. All by myself.
Yay tomorrow get to do it all over again, this time with 100 bales, my cousin will come...
