You have inspired me to make yogurt again!
I have posted before about thickening the yogurt with beef geleatin.
I bouth a pack of 14 starts so when the DW tosses the last of the yogurt before I can start a new batch, I will have a backup in the freezer:idunno

We are heating up today but will go back down to the 80s for highs. We start going back up next week with the 30th at 104F for a high.
Baking is in the morning to save on hvac costs.
