No and no. It doesn't seem to be hurting me any. I don't wake up tired or anything, and the only thing sleep-deprivedness does is make me act like an idiot. Which I do when I'm not tired anyway.

I'll give an example of each. I once woke up as I was unlocking the back door, about to go outside. Don't know where I was going. I've been found sitting on the kitchen floor eating a block of cheese. More than once I've woken up sitting at the table, glass in hand, in the act of...
